Cancellation Policy

Same-day requests may be accepted based on availability. 24/7 Availability: Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but all bookings must be confirmed by the driver. Confirmation: All ride requests are subject to confirmation. You will be contacted shortly after submitting your booking to finalize details. Accurate Information: Please provide correct pickup/drop-off locations, time, and contact details to avoid delays or issues. Wait Time: A grace period of 10–15 minutes is included. Additional wait time may affect availability or pricing. Cancellations: Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations may affect future bookings. Payment: Payment is arranged after booking confirmation. Accepted methods include Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, and Apple Pay.
